• Strategic thinking and planning for the growth of the relevant schools.
• To identify the needs of the schools and make them part of the region's annual plan.
• To help principals make strategic and annual plans for schools.
• To ensure execution of annual plans of the region in relevant schools.
• To play a vital role in building a bond between schools and regions.
• To set targets for academic excellence and seek support from the regional manager to achieve the set targets.
• To ensure implementation of academic calendar and organizational interventions for academic excellence and character building in schools.
• To monitor the performance of school staff and give them on-the-job support when and where required.
• To visit schools as per plan to keep school performance aligned with set targets.
• Participate in head office meetings/trainings and conduct principals' meetings to execute, analyse and review the annual targets.
• To build effective liaisons with district management, district educational management, educational institutions, private schools associations, civil society representatives’ media etc.
• To ensure policy compliance as per organizations and school operational manual and audit observations by Internal and external auditors.
• To facilitate head office in the execution of different projects in the relevant schools.
• To conduct surveys for new openings and upgrading of schools as needed.
• To arrange land (donate, purchase or lease) for school build projects.
• To ensure timely completion and analysis of schools' annual development plans and budgets.
• To facilitate donors/ visitors during their field visits.
• To provide reports, data and other information as per requirement.
• To work actively for shifting manual work on automation through effective implementation of SMS.
• Conduct performance appraisals of school staff.
• Conduct training and orientation sessions for school staff as needed.
