Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock movement
  • Ensure proper documentation of inventory inflows and outflows
  • Support inventory audits and generate regular reports
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in inventory management or stock control ( At least 2 years preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
