Job Description: |
- Ensure to strict provide & compliance of HR Policies & Procedures within departments & sections
- Manage employee recruitment and boarding process. Also generate recruitment needs & strive to fill vacant positions
- Promote a productive workplace, integrity and ensure a culture of collaboration
- Handle disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain & generate analysis of employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Actively participate and execute job postings / job advertisements at provided recruitment tools etc as & when vacant position appears.
- Generating interview calls and conduct walkin interviews
- Manage HR Help desk in terms of attending walkin candidates and telephone calls
- Assist in other operational activities including HR Audits, creating reports, data analysis, create presentations, drafting HR letters
- Assist in performance management processes
- Generate & update attendance, new joiners, leavers & other departmental reports on daily basis
- Ensure to maintain database of daily mails (received/sent), documentation and all official correspondences through subordinates
- Ensure close communication & coordination with concerned sections & departments to obtain, provide & update records on regular basis
- Manage and update employee records in hard / soft copy form
- Maintain batch records of new joiners / trainees
- Conducting exit interviews with the outgoing staff members
- Ensure timely updation of records and information in HRMS/HRIS (HR Software)
- Any other tasks assigned by line manager/department head
