Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Appointment Setter to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and schedule appointments our sales representatives for USA and Canada.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to effectively engage with potential clients over the phone or through other communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lists or databases.
  • Introduce company products or services to potential clients and effectively communicate their benefits.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budget, and timeline.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified leads.
  • Follow up with leads via email or phone to confirm appointments and address any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and update the CRM system with relevant information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment scheduling and maximize conversion rates.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies through feedback and training sessions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor\'s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles but freshers can also apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and goals.
