| Job Description: |
Marks Energy, a dynamic start-up is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to lead our smart solar energy projects. This role includes leading the installation, design, R&D, technical assessments, and integration of smart software related to solar energy systems etc.
Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field from a well-reputed institution.
- Must have 3 years + of experience in designing and installing On-Grid, Off-Grid & Hybrid solar energy systems of 5kW to 200kW.
- Must have a strong understanding of photovoltaic (PV) technology and energy management systems.
- Strong understanding of advanced solar technologies, including Battery Management Systems (BMS), smart & hybrid inverters, and IoT devices used in energy management.
- Experience in overseeing technology integration projects from conception through execution, with a clear track record of successful innovation.
- Proficiency in software tools and platforms used in the design and monitoring of solar systems (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, SolarEdge, Enphase, Helioscope).
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within the region as required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, design and oversee the installation of solar energy systems, ensuring compliance with national standards and safety regulations.
- Develop technical specifications and documentation for solar energy system configurations.
- Provide technical leadership in integrating solar hardware with associated software platforms to monitor and manage system performance.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the most suitable solar solutions for various applications.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to provide technical insights for customer-facing communications and proposals.
- Lead the integration of smart technologies into our solar projects, including AI-driven analytics for performance optimization and predictive maintenance.
- Oversee the development and implementation of Battery Management Systems (BMS) for solar energy storage solutions to ensure optimal battery health and longevity.
- Champion the adoption of advanced hardware and software solutions that increase the efficiency and capabilities of solar installations.
- Train and supervise technical staff in solar system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
Salary Range: PKR 80,000 - 150,000/month (Negotiable), solely depending on experience and knowledge. |
