US Packaging Solutions is looking to hire Experienced Telesales Representatives to provide support of sales processes via phone calls & chat to the customers. To introduce the organization’s products & services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process and to carry out market research on how to effectively address customers. Also, the ability to prepare sale reports and to make comparisons on competitor’s offered conditions is appreciated. Deliver prepared sales talks/reading from a script that describes the services or products, in order to persuade potential customers to take the services.

Requirements:

• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Possess knowledge of call center Inbound/Outbound Sales.
• Neutral or non-inflicted American accent
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Should be target oriented, hardworking and punctual.
• Excellent Verbal communication skills
• Able to work in night shifts.
• Applicant should preferably have previous Telesales experience in US & UK campaigns.
