We are looking for a full-time, in-house, General Practitioner with up-to-date medical knowledge to answer any queries on the platform.

You will be working with the Marketing Team by having live video sessions, Q&A sessions and articles. With your creativity and knowledge, we aim to effectively convey Augment Care’s message to our target audience.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for handling all incoming patient’s medical queries on the platform appropriately within the realm of knowledge

• Providing medical expertise to generate applicable medical and health related content

• Incorporate changes recommended by the marketing team

• Help identify process improvements and best practices for the team

• Meet or exceed performance expectations including but not limited to: productivity and accessibility.

• Fully cooperate with all monitoring and coaching activities to improve personal skills and performance results
