Job Description:

We are seeking applications for the position of Customer Services Officer. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.

Job responsibilities:

·         Accurately and efficiently processes and record routine transactions of the Bank including Cash dealings, accepting deposits, withdrawals, processing of loan payments, account opening, Remittance and clearing etc.

·         Maintain high standards of Customer Services in accordance with policies

·         Ensure compliance of Bank Policies & Procedures.

Qualification:            Minimum Graduation

Experience:               Preferably 1 year relevant banking experience.
