Crowe Hussain Chaudhury & Co. is looking for a Steno/Computer Operator for its Lahore office. 

Eligibility Criteria:

• Should have completed graduation level
• Good command of MS. Excel (Should know how to format and print excel files having large accounts)
• Good command of MS. Word (Should know how to play with document's general formatting etc)
• Should be fluent with the keyboard. Knowing short commands of MS Office will be a plus.
• Should be comfortable with handling printers and scanners.
• Should be able to sit late whenever required by the management

Job Responsibilities:

• Composing, formatting, and printing of Ms. Excel and MS. Word files on daily bases
• Keeping inventory records of office stationery and get it printed once needed
• Keeping a check on office printers and scanners and get them fixed once needed
• Keeping a check on standard guidelines in composing official documents
• Dispatching of required documents

Required Skillset

• Computer Literate
• Proficient at using MS Office especially MS. Excel and MS. Word
• Should have a basic idea of using printers and scanners
• Graphic designing ability will be a plus.
