PakTurk Maarif International Schools & Colleges is governed by TMF. It has 13,000 students at 26 locations in all major cities of Pakistan. PakTurk Maarif International Schools & Colleges require Billing and Collection Officer for our Head Office at Islamabad.

Job purpose:

Work in the accounting and finance team of Pak-Turk Maarif International Schools and Colleges to report on billing, collection, receivables and unidentified receipts, if any.

Principal Tasks and Responsibilities:

·         Making sure fee challans are issued timely to the students in all branches on specific dates of the month;

·         Reporting to track receivables and push late payers to pay on time;

·         Matching receipts with billing base on the receipt reports from the bank on daily basis;

·         Preparing reports like daily fee collection/revenue report and outstanding fees report;

·         Determine monthly revenue forecast and perform monthly revenue analysis and calculation

·         Generate monthly revenue reports to management;

·         Act as the conduit for fees related information and queries from relevant and to business managers;

·         Control and reconcile revenue related Balance Sheet accounts (trade debtors, revenue in advance / deferred income, accrued income etc.);

·         Revenue/fee related entries into the system on daily basis;

·         Rectification of wrongly entered student registration numbers for automatic run and/or installment numbers entered wrongly by the bank, manually;

·         Receiving and verification of applications (staff and student securities, fee discount etc.);

·         Preparing payment for application by verifying documents, and requesting disbursements; and

·         Reconciliation of fee entered with the MIS report and identifying POS machine transactions

Additional responsibilities include:

·         Daily reconciliation between bank and company accounts as well as handling daily receipts;

·         Assist in generating monthly revenue and expenditure reports to management;

·         Credit control, chasing debt and weekly reporting management on the subject; and

·         Identify and resolve outstanding balances on monthly basis;

·         Other unspecified tasks that are commensurate with the level of the position as specified by management and reporting accordingly;

Qualification:                                                                   

C.A Finalist/ACCA/B. Com/M. Com/MBA Fin./ICMA/ACMA or any finance related degree.
